What we keep
- Your chats (your messages and the answers) so you can come back to them, until you delete them.
- The names and types of files you attach. The files themselves are passed to the AI model for that message and are not stored by us.
- How many credits each answer used, to apply your plan's limits.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in (a guest account until you sign in). We store a scrambled form of the network address that created a guest account, only to stop abuse of the free allowance.
Who processes your messages
Hexovra AI does not run its own AI model. Your message, the recent conversation and any files you attach are sent to the AI provider of your plan to produce the answer:
- Free plan: Google Gemini. On the free Gemini service, Google may review and use what is sent to improve its products. Do not send private documents, passwords, bank details or ID numbers on the free plan.
- Paid plans may use OpenAI or Anthropic (Claude), under their API terms.
Voice
Speaking instead of typing and listening to answers use your browser's own speech tools. When you speak, your browser (for example Chrome, which uses Google's speech service) turns your voice into text on its side; Hexovra AI receives only the text, and no recording reaches our server.
What we never ask for
Hexovra AI never needs your passwords, OTPs, card numbers or Aadhaar number. Do not type them into a chat.
Deleting your data
Delete a chat with the ✕ next to it; it is removed from our database at once. To delete everything, use the contact details on hexovra.in.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it erased.
