Using Hexovra AI

Hexovra AI answers questions and helps with writing, code and files. Answers come from AI models and can be wrong: check anything important (money, law, health) with a qualified person.

Not allowed

Anything illegal, including hacking other people's accounts or devices, fraud, or harassment.
Sexual content involving minors, or content meant to hurt others.
Trying to get around limits, sharing an account, or automated use.
Using answers to train a competing AI model.

We may limit or close accounts that break these rules. The AI providers' own policies (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) also apply.

Plans and limits

Each plan has credit limits (per day, per few hours and, on paid plans, per month) and daily limits on web searches and on photos or PDFs, all shown in the app. The free plan may change or pause at any time.

Paid plans and payment

Plus costs ₹99 a month (₹990 a year) and Pro ₹299 a month (₹2,990 a year). Extra usage packs cost ₹49 or ₹149, are used only after your plan's own usage runs out, and are good for 90 days. Heavier models (Flash, Argon) use your usage faster than Lite; the app shows how much is used as a percentage. Prices include everything; no GST is charged. You pay by UPI to the UPI ID shown in the app and send us the UPI reference number (UTR). We check the payment and start your plan, usually within a few hours. A plan runs for 30 days (365 for yearly) from the day it starts and does not renew on its own: pay again to continue. If you pay while the same plan is still running, the new time is added to its end.

Refunds

You get your money back in full if:

you paid twice for the same thing by mistake, or
your plan has not started within 48 hours of your payment.

Once a plan has started, it is not refunded. To ask for a refund, write to [email protected] from the email you sign in with, with the UPI reference number (UTR). We send the money back to the same UPI account within 7 days.
